About the Event
The purpose of the NYSAAF Annual Convention is to bring together New York’s agricultural fair leaders, volunteers, and industry partners to:
- Share best practices for running safe, successful, and innovative fairs
- Provide training and education through workshops, seminars, and presentations
- Support collaboration and networking among fair managers, vendors, and state partners
- Showcase services and entertainment available for fairs through a trade show and performances
- Recognize achievements within the fair community through awards and honors
- Plan and strengthen the future of agricultural fairs across New York State
In short, the convention exists to help fairs improve, coordinate, and celebrate their work statewide.

2026 Trade Show at the NYSAAF Convention:
- Important updates: The location of the Trade Show has changed to the Persian Terrace and the Lobby. We anticipate this adjustment will increase traffic and opportunities for vendors and fairs to interact.
- Reminder: To be eligible to be a Trade Show participant, you must be an Associate Member (2026 Associate Member)
