Jerry D. Thomas, 67, served the New York State Association of Agriculture Fairs as president in 1997.  He had led the Oswego County Fair as President for ten years and was widely credited for getting the fair “back on its feet.”  Jerry shared his love of the fair for more than 30 years with his wife Maryhelen.
