Wallace, Wally, Hill was a former director for District 3 of the New York State Association of Agricultural Fairs.  He had served the Franklin County Fair for more than two decades as Superintendent of Saddle Horses and Domestic Arts.  He was a past president of the fair and had also been the groundskeeper.
