Robert Gene Dutcher, 65, began his affiliation with the fair in Morris in 1955 as a first year 4-H dairy exhibitor and continued to exhibit dairy, sheep or antiques from then on. In 1970 he was elected to the board and served as director in charge of the dairy, beef, sheep, goat and rabbit departments. His love of the fair, 4-H and rural life was exemplified at the Otsego County Fair.
